About the Role
Exhibit Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver successful trade show and exhibit projects from concept to completion.
This is a hands-on role that combines account management, project leadership, and exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage timelines, estimating, budgets, production coordination, graphics, logistics, and show execution while keeping projects moving and clients well supported throughout the process.
Reporting to the Account Director, this role is well suited to someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong judgment, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
What Success Looks Like
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through responsiveness, trust, and consistent follow-through
- Lead projects from initial inquiry through design, production, installation, and post-show follow-up
- Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and attention to detail
- Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed
- Partner effectively with Design, Production, Logistics, and Operations to deliver successful outcomes
- Maintain budgets, estimates, schedules, and project documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and trade show programs from planning through execution
- Lead exhibit sales and project delivery, including proposals, estimating, timelines, budgets, and final reconciliation
- Develop work-back schedules and monitor milestones to keep projects on track
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and show service partners to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate project updates clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support new client inquiries and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, exhibit systems, and supplier capabilities
- Attend client meetings and occasional site visits as required
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management, project management, or client-facing experience within exhibits, trade shows, events, or display fabrication
- Experience managing projects through estimating, design, production, logistics, and execution
- Proven ability to balance client service, project coordination, and commercial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and respond thoughtfully
- A natural relationship builder who earns trust with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort managing budgets, estimates, schedules, and project documentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally and keep projects moving with a sense of ownership
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project management software experience (Smartsheet preferred)
- Experience with exhibit systems including Octanorm or Aluvision considered an asset
