Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food orders
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Hospitality or restaurant industry background preferred
