Full-Time Portfolio Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of condominium property management experience to join our growing team. The Portfolio Property Manager will oversee all aspects of an assigned residential building under the direction of the Supervising Manager.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of condominium property management experience required
- CMRAO Limited or General Licence in good standing required
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998, condominium governance, and industry best practices
- Knowledge of building operations, maintenance programs, capital projects, and vendor management
- Experience in preparing and managing operating budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund projects
- Familiar with various Acts & Codes including, Fire Code, and Building Code,
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional business manner
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evening work
Portfolio Property Manager Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of an assigned portfolio of condominium communities, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, the Fire Code, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and service providers through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance programs, capital projects, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
