We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in our Vancouver location. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse environments who enjoys a mix of inventory management, order preparation, warehouse and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify vendor acknowledgments and follow up to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Prepare and stage customer pick-up orders, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Assist with vendor purchase orders, returns, and warranty processing.
- Inspection of returns and open box items.
- Perform inventory updates, bin code entries, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Support inventory control activities, including stock adjustments.
- Assist with receiving tasks, including putting away incoming inventory and distributing backorder documentation.
- Gather inventory requested by sales staff and help replenish stock in the sales area.
- Provide assistance to the shipping and picking teams during busy periods.
- Maintain organized warehouse areas by replenishing bin locations and managing overstock.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock audits as required.
- Provide occasional administrative support such as managing calls and assisting with internal documentation.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory-related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an asset.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with a positive and proactive attitude.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time, 8 hours/day with 30 minutes lunch break)
