About the Role:
Healthmark is launching a new Ecommerce platform. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving the launch and lead the ongoing performance of our Shopify Plus store. This cross‑functional role spans Sales, Marketing, and Operations, with full ownership of site accuracy, merchandising impact, and conversion growth.

Estimated Compensation Range: $60,000–$70,000 annually. The estimated range reflects the budgeted compensation for this position. Final offers may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, performance, and other job‑related considerations.
The successful applicant will:
- Support Ecommerce launch, including product data, digital assets, and order‑flow setup.
- Manage daily Shopify Plus operations: listings, pricing, inventory sync, and catalog accuracy.
- Troubleshoot order issues and support CSR escalations.
- Coordinate with Operations and 3PL partners on inventory and fulfillment.
- Implement and manage Shopify apps.
- Improve UX/UI, optimize navigation and checkout, and build landing pages.
- Execute merchandising strategies and track Ecommerce KPIs.
- Support SEO, content updates, and paid digital initiatives.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- Degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years Ecommerce experience; Shopify Plus preferred.
- Strong analytics skills; proficiency with GA, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO; SEM experience an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong project management and ability to work cross‑
- Self‑starter with passion for Ecommerce and digital experience.
