Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical, administrative, and corporate positions across our network of dental practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
This is an on-site position based at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and corporate positions across multiple dental practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networking, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephone and virtual interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to recruit new graduates for dental industry programs, including Dental Assistants, Registered Dental Hygienists, Administrative Professionals, and other clinical support roles.
- Represent Krest One Dental Inc. at career fairs, networking events, campus recruitment initiatives, and industry events to promote employment opportunities and strengthen our employer brand.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files.
- Promote Krest One Dental Inc. as an employer of choice through positive candidate engagement.
- Stay current on recruitment trends and recommend continuous improvements to recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
- Experience developing relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners is considered a strong asset.
- Willingness and ability to conduct campus recruitment activities, attend career fairs, and build partnerships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms; experience with ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
