As a high-performing member of our wireless sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending the best wireless and in-home entertainment and connectivity solutions. You’ll actively promote products and services, complete activations and upgrades, and work to maximize every sales opportunity — all while earning highly competitive commissions, performance bonuses, and exciting sales spiffs.
As one of SaskTel’s largest authorized dealers, with 14 retail locations across the province, we offer customers a full suite of services including wireless, high-speed internet, TV and streaming, and home security services. This gives you the opportunity to sell a wide range of connected technology solutions and grow your earnings through multiple product lines.
Your day will include:
- Proactively engaging with new and existing customers in-store, by phone, and online to drive sales.
- Promoting wireless and home services with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Completing wireless activations, upgrades, and in-home services with precision and efficiency.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Participating in merchandising, promotional activities, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment; wireless and connected technology sales experience is a strong asset, butwill train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.
- Motivated by performance-based rewards and excited by the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses.
- Tech-savvy and eager to stay current on the latest wireless and home service products.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer systems including MS Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word); experience with iQmetrix is an asset.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
