The Office Manager is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties for the entire dealership, and depended upon for complete organization of all documents and customer files.
Job Duties
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to
- Obtaining and sending in all required documents to the banks for funding
- Processing payments for dealerships monthly bills and expenses
- Maintaining inventory (Stocking in, tagging, website management, and stock lists)
- Organization of all Stock Files and Customer Files
- Commissioning all deals for profit and payroll processing
- Process Payroll on a Bi-weekly basis
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to all staff as directed or needed
- Assisting salespersons with deal organization and delivery of vehicles
- Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership in order to respond to inquiries
- Respond and monitor all customer reviews in a timely manor
- Maintain and enforce dealership policies
- Basic HR duties and enforcement of employee standards
- Basic administrative duties such as; ordering supplies, answering phones and emails, new hires and terminated employees paperwork, emails and login management, etc..
- Any other duties as assigned
The incumbent requires previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant and it would be an asset to have basic knowledge of automotive dealership and vehicles.
