We are a small, hardworking team that takes pride in quality work and practical problem solving. The job is hands-on, technical, and outdoors, often at beautiful properties, with a mix of physical work and diagnostic thinking.
Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Pond Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the construction, maintenance, and servicing of ponds, water features, and related landscape projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pond and water feature construction, including excavation, liner installation, and rock placement
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning ponds, removing debris, and servicing pumps and filtration systems
- Support installation of landscape lighting and irrigation components as needed
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required. We'll be happy to train the right individual.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Valid driver’s license is required
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
