Independent | Problem Solver | Hands-On Fixer

We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and versatile General Maintenance & Property Repair Technician who thrives on variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
No two days are the same. One day you may be cleaning and repairing dryer vents, the next replacing a door, repairing drywall, cleaning eavestroughs, measuring window screens, or helping prepare properties for new tenants. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership of your work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Dryer vent cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs
- Eavestrough cleaning and minor repairs
- Small drywall repairs and patching
- Door installation and replacement
- Door hardware replacement (knobs, locks, closers, hinges)
- Window and door trim repairs
- Measuring screens and coordinating replacements
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Property inspections and reporting deficiencies
- Minor painting, caulking, and finishing work
- Responding to maintenance requests and service calls
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work vehicles
- Assisting with special projects as required
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)
- Cold patch and hot patch asphalt repairs
- Minor concrete repairs and finishing
- Fence and gate repairs
- Basic carpentry
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (where permitted)
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or multi-family properties

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided depending on role)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience in maintenance, handyman services, construction, property management, or a related field
