We at Cloudy Town Heating & Cooling are looking to grow our team. We're looking for HVAC installers and service technicians.

We install mostly residential furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits and various other HVAC equipment in the Lower Mainland. We do a fair amount of service work, and the job can often have a lot of variety.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in taking the lead with installs and has a decent amount of knowledge with different types of systems. We are happy to provide training and help wherever necessary to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
- Perform start-ups, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work meets safety and code standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in HVAC
- Journeyman certification in gas fitting or refrigeration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a genuine respect for customers and coworkers
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
