MAGNUM CLEANING SERVICES LTD. is a cleaning company providing cleaning services in Surrey, BC. We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to support our hiring needs and help us find reliable candidates for cleaning and operations roles.
Position Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for posting job openings, reviewing applications, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with applicants by phone, email, and online hiring platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post job advertisements for cleaning and support positions
- Review resumes and applications
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Maintain organized records of applicants and interview results
- Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
- Support onboarding paperwork and new-hire communication
- Ensure recruitment activities are professional, fair, and consistent
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
- Experience hiring for cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, or service-based roles is an asset
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using email, phone, and online job platforms
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work full-time hours
