About the Role
We're growing our team and looking for reliable, hands-on Fleet Cleaning Technicians to join us. You'll travel to client sites to clean transport trucks, trailers, and other large commercial vehicles using professional-grade mobile cleaning equipment. This is physical, outdoor work that rewards a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Perform exterior cleaning of transport trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles at client locations
- Operate mobile cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, foam cannons, and related tools
- Follow proper procedures for detergents, degreasers, and cleaning chemicals
- Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
- Load, transport, and set up equipment safely at each job site
- Maintain and perform basic upkeep on cleaning equipment and the service vehicle
- Communicate professionally with client staff on-site
- Follow all safety protocols, including working around large vehicles and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual — able to travel to different client sites as scheduled
- Valid driver's license (required); clean driving record preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, car washing, or similar physical/trades work is an asset, but not required — we're happy to train the right people
- Comfortable working around large commercial vehicles
- Team player who takes pride in a job well done
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions closely
- Can work around Eastern Ontario
