Sales Representative (Full-Time, In-Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Barrie. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys working with clients, closing deals, and contributing to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers (in-person, phone, and email)
- Manage leads and client interactions using our CRM system (mandatory)
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain detailed client records
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Assist with creating messages, offers, and responses using ChatGPT and AI tools
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems is required
- Must be comfortable using ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to generate ideas, responses, and sales communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
