Direct Sales Representative – Delta Exterior Cleaning & Pest Control & Delta Exterior Lighting
This is a fully commission-based role. There is no base salary. Direct sales is not easy — you will face rejection daily. If you're not comfortable hearing "no" repeatedly, this role isn't for you. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representatives to generate and close leads through door-to-door, direct-to-business, digital marketing, and outbound calling channels.
Duties:
- Canvass residential homes or businesses 4–6 hours a day, up to 6 days a week (Mon–Sat). Sales Representatives are paired up and work in car groups of 4 team members per vehicle.
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, video, and email communications to promote and sell our services
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Provide product/service information and support to customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Team Members
- Enter customer information and sales data into CRM software
Experience:
- Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, and/or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport-building skills
- Knowledge of and passion for sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
