We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical professional to join our team as an Application Specialist. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise in pump systems, fluid handling equipment, and industrial processes to support customers, sales teams, and project execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating application requirements, selecting and sizing equipment, troubleshooting system challenges, and providing technical recommendations that optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency. Working closely with manufacturers, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering innovative pumping and process solutions across a variety of industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams and technical sales to develop and optimize application solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and team members on application usage and best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering technologist, Mechanical Engineer or a related field preferred.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of pumps and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including word, excel and sharepoint.
