We are a fast-growing, innovative company with big goals, a strong vision, and year-over-year growth. As we continue expanding across Ontario, we are looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to help us build long-term industry relationships and grow our commercial portfolio.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone courageous, self-motivated, and highly driven, someone who thrives on results, understands KPIs, and knows how to build and maintain strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Solution-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong communicator with confidence in networking and relationship building
- Loyal to the brand and committed to long-term growth
- Able to generate new business while maintaining existing accounts
- Organized, proactive, and performance-driven
- Comfortable attending meetings, job sites, networking events, and client visits as needed
- Familiar with the construction, cabinetry, millwork, finishing, painting, renovation, or home improvement industry (preferred but not mandatory)
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel for meetings and site visits
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and pipeline management
- Ability to manage accounts and follow up consistently
- Experience with lead generation and business development
COMPENSATION
100% Commission-Based Position
This role is designed for high performers who want unlimited growth potential. Expected earnings can range from $70,000 to $180,000+ annually depending on performance, relationships built, and sales generated.
