We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and help support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices, payments, and deposits
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with payroll and month-end reporting
- Supporting the management team with general accounting tasks
- Keeping organized records and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Automotive, dealership, or motorsports experience is a bonus, but not required
