Part-Time Retail Associate / Style Advisor
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate / Style Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion who enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule:
- Part-time: Approximately 8–16 hours per week
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Offer personalized styling advice and recommend complementary products to enhance purchases
- Assist customers with outfit selection and provide styling inspiration
- Ensure all racks and displays are tidy, organized, and visually appealing
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including processing transactions, promotions, and returns
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen eye for fashion, trends, and styling
- Positive attitude with a passion for clothing and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently
