Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to help manage construction projects from inception to completion. We are a developer of wood frame Apartment Buildings. Seeking motivated professional to join our energetic team. We are unique and we self perform alot of large tasks. This position is not an office position , it will require operator work, and good amount of layout and implementation to field and men.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with project managers/owner.
- Implement Company Safety Program, and daily Recording thereof.
- Zoom Boom Skid steer Experience a must.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in cost saving techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate construction estimating and resource allocation.
- Carpentry Skills

Pay: $63,298.79-$80,000.00 per year
