Robin’s Donuts in Kensington is currently hiring for multiple positions, including Counter Attendant and Management roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality
- Provide warm, welcoming service to every customer
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Keep the front counter and drive-thru clean, stocked, and ready for busy periods
Operations
- Prepare food and beverages according to Robin’s standards
- Monitor coffee freshness and maintain quality at all times
- Accurately prepare and fulfill customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
Leadership (for Management Applicants)
- Support day-to-day store operations and team performance
- Help with scheduling, training, and staff support
- Lead by example in customer service and work ethic
- Assist in maintaining store standards, cleanliness, and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset for management roles
- Dependable and flexible with scheduling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
