Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bulldozer Operator/Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience operating a dozer and will be responsible for running a fill/dump site and loading trucks when required. Candidates with at least 2years experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Operate bulldozers (dozer) with precision to perform grading, leveling, and earth moving tasks on fill sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Safely transport equipment between sites using commercial driving skills when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills required as individual will be expected to run a fill site with little supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience operating dozers.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus for transporting equipment or materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to busy fill site projects while utilizing your heavy equipment expertise in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
