- Processing customer orders, by phone and email, in our ERP system
- Answering customer inquiries on product, pricing, and availability
- Dealing with Return Authorization requests
- Resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with special summer and Holiday hours, as well as lots of other fun perks (you get your birthday off!).
