We are looking for a welder/ fabricator to join our team at Project Metal Works. This role requires a candidate who can:
- MIG and TIG weld steel and aluminum (Primarily steel)
- Read shop drawings and blueprints and fabricate within set tolerances
- Accurately read a tape measure, angle finder and digital calipers
- Confidently use a grinder, zip disc and buff pad for finishing
- Safely and accurately operate various automatic and manual saws
- Operate a press break if needed to bend assembly parts
- Follow all safe work procedures
- Get to work on time every day
- Keep their tools and work area neat and organized
