Job Overview
This role supports MEC’s success by ensuring Visual Presentation standards align with MEC strategy and offers exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties

Ensures all visual elements are displayed with current merchandise and reflect current market trends.

Implements the setup of all promotional set ups and seasonal changeovers.

Performs daily maintenance floor checks.

Prepares store displays, mannequins & bust forms dressing & styling according to MEC standards and best practices.

Prepares table merchandising and vignettes.

Plans and organizes the merchandising of walls and floor fixtures.

Provides member service according to SERVE standard.

Adjusts lighting to highlight mannequins and merchandise.

Communicates Visual standards and provides training to other floor staff.

Liaises with Department Managers on departments and promotional set ups.

Adheres to all loss prevention policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

A degree of physical fitness for manual shifting of mannequins and fixtures.

Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
-
Continually able to lift up to 40 pounds from floor to a waist high table.

Comfortable climbing ladders.
This posting is intended to backfill an existing role. The hourly wage range for this position is $20.14 to $21.66 per hour, in accordance with the wage scale. The final wage will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience and/or qualifications
