We’re a busy, established restaurant with a strong kitchen crew, steady volume, and full-time hours available for the right person. Position: Prep Cook
Hours: Full-time
Location: Bâton Rouge Kanata — 790 Kanata Avenue
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients and menu items according to Bâton Rouge standards
- Cutting, portioning, organizing, and stocking food items
- Maintaining a clean and organized prep area
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Supporting the line cooks and kitchen team during service
- Helping keep the kitchen ready, stocked, and efficient
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and follow established standards
- Experienced in prep or kitchen work preferred, but the right attitude matters
