Zender Ford has an immediate full time opening for a Junior Service Advisor supporting our Fleet Desk;
We are looking for a High Energy, Customer-Focused individual who:
- must have at least three years Customer Service Experience
- has extensive knowledge and understanding of vehicles, maintenance and repair; is able to clearly explain to customers of all knowledge levels what is going on with their vehicle
- is punctual, with strong time management skills
- has excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging, polished, and positive professional attitude. Works at building strong relationships with customers and fellow team members
- provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.is self-motivated and driven to succeed
- has strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring work orders have complete and accurate information documented.
- ability to work independently while contributing to the team
- is able to maintain organization while working on multiple requests and work orders.
- has proven ability to exceed customer expectations
- computer savvy
- has ability to prioritize multiple communication channels, including phones, email and instant messaging.

a valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- PBS V10 experience or Ford experience will each be considered an assets
