Title: 360 Recruiter
Location: Hamilton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$19/hr
Responsibilities:
- Support sales and business development activities alongside the team
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring processes
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
- Agency experience is an asset
- Bilingual candidates are an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be highly active, self-motivated, and energetic
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
