We are looking for a brewery assistant to join the Folding Mountain brew team! Work and live in the Canadian Rocky Mountains just outside the Jasper National Park. Folding Mountain Brewing lies at the base of Folding Mountain which is 15 minutes from Hinton, AB and 30 minutes from Jasper, AB.

Job Summary
Folding Mountain brewing is now recruiting for a full-time Brewery Assistant.
Responsibilities and Duties
Production
- Milling (handle 55 lb grain bags)
Operations
- Maintains a spotless brewery
- Keeps brewery equipment organized
- Keg cleaning
- Packaging beer
Misc.
- Weekly cleans and organizes the draft/bottle cooler
- Line cleanings
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- The successful candidate must be a strong team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
- Basic mechanical knowledge (i.e. pumps and valves)
