We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. This role involves providing expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional customer care. As an integral part of our salon, you will also assist with retail sales and contribute to creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's preferences and eye shape
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty enhancements through upselling techniques
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and adhere to safety protocols during all procedures
- Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and products
Requirements
- Proven experience with eyelash extensions application is preferred; certification or training in eyelash extension techniques is a plus
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product benefits to clients
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 per hour
