We are seeking 2 Reliable , mature and Fast moving Part time employee to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service within the food industry, ensuring that our customers have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding and timely customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with precision, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in food preparation and handling, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining spaces , kitchen area and washrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be a fast paced cleaner/ lots of cleaning
- After training employees will be required to open mornings
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering practices and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor toward customers and colleagues alike.
- Experience with food handling practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
