As part time Guest Services Representative, you are responsible for representing the hotel and ensuring our guests satisfaction throughout their entire stay. Responsible for the successful operation of all front desk duties.
Offer support and assistance in the following areas:
· Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction;
· Maintain all company policies and procedures;
· Completion of administrative work as assigned
· Dealing with Guest Relations
· Front Desk duties as scheduled
· Duties associated with Front Desk and Night Audit positions, i.e. check-in, check-out, reservations, guest accounting, cashiering, close-day procedures for room division, security, emergency procedures
· Ability to act as the manager on duty during the night times
· Applicant must preferably have a minimum of one (1) year front desk experience;
· Ability to deal with all levels of management , staff and owners in a professional manner;
· Knowledge of and believing in team building;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills;
· Proficient / familiarity with computerized systems (Choice Advantage, Windows, Microsoft);
· Ability to work within deadlines;
· Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments.
· Availability to work all shifts, including days, afternoons and midnights.

Pay: $17.85-$19.86 per hour
