We’re seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Calgary, AB. The CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about our products via phone, email, or social media etc., in a professional and timely manner
- Create and track sales orders using the inventory system
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and order history in the system
- Keep informed about product inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a positive and friendly manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office software and email systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/First Aid Certification is considered an asset
Training Provided:
- Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training on tire products, systems, and customer service procedures

- Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
