Registered Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Clinic

We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join a well-established endodontic specialty practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is comfortable supporting advanced procedures, thrives in a precise clinical setting, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team focused on exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will work closely with the doctor and team to provide outstanding support during endodontic procedures while helping create a calm and positive experience for patients.
The Opportunity
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Work within a specialty endodontic environment
- Support a variety of endodontic procedures and patient needs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide confident chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to specialty protocols
- Assist with emergency patient appointments as needed
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
- Maintain excellent infection prevention and sterilization standards
- Complete clinical documentation and charting accurately
- Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Experience with Dentrix and Sidexis will be considered a strong asset
- Comfortable and confident assisting with endodontic procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a specialized clinical setting
- Flexible and adaptable when emergency patient needs arise
- Strong communication and patient care skills
