Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by building relationships with property managers, condominium managers, building superintendents and facility managers. This role involves in person visits and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Visit residential, commercial, and condominium properties to introduce company services.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, building superintendents, facility managers, and condominium boards.
- Promote the company’s plumbing maintenance, repair, and emergency services.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and present service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing, property management or related industries is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
