Overview
New Contract with one of the biggest local delivery company, one position available July 1st. $22-25 per hours to start dependingon your experience. will pay 8 hours minimum even if only worked 6 hours. pay on time. local delivery, able to start 7am. might start earlier some days and will pay extra. Class 5 with clean driving record please. Delivery experience is an asset but we provide full training if you are new. fluent English.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver products to customers and distribution centers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards are met
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities
Qualifications
- Valid class 5 with clean driving record
- Experience in commercial driving
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
