Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are looking for a responsible individual with minimum experience of 4 years with healthquest or medaccess. Must have leadership qualitities to assist with leading a team of healthcare staff. Experience with third parties, WBC and AHC billing is a must. Able to train other staff, creat and manage staff schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Take vital signs, record patient histories, and update medical records accurately
- Provide compassionate patient care, addressing patient questions and concerns
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient service
Experience
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact empathetically with patients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00-$25.55 per hour
