Premium Autoworks is a trusted and growing automotive repair facility dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair needs.
- Prepare repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services to customers.
- Provide estimates, obtain customer approvals, and explain repair processes.
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to ensure timely service and order all necessary parts.
- Monitor repair progress and provide customers with updates.
- Process invoices, payments, and service documentation.
- Maintain customer records and promote ongoing customer relationships.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing shop workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time position. Competitive hourly pay at $24-$26 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday from 8:45 am – 6 pm (1 hour lunch, 8.25 hr work-day).
