What this job involves:
JLL is currently seeking a tech savvy individual for the role of Associate, Digital Marketing to join our Property Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase our portfolio of commercial properties, attract and engage prospective tenants, and support leasing objectives across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. This person will primarily spend their time:
Working closely with property marketers and brokerage teams to support and troubleshoot any issues they may have with available digital channels.
Creating and implementing optimizations on the current digital property marketing framework.
Collaborating with AI team to launch and support new initiatives to improve our current ways of working.
This role is office based, 3 days/week and can work out of one of three JLL locations in Toronto - North York, Mississauga, or Downtown. The other 2 days/week can be remote.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute property-specific digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including property websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Create and manage property listings that showcase building features, available spaces, amenities, and location advantages with optimized user experience.
Work closely with the SEO team to implement strategies to improve our property site visibility in local market searches.
Analyze digital campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
Stay current with PropTech innovations and digital marketing trends in commercial real estate
Track and report on property marketing impact on revenue generation, connecting marketing activities to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
1+ years in marketing role and experienced with email automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or related field
Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
Expertise in social media management for commercial properties (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Strong project management abilities with capacity to manage multiple property portfolios simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
Estimated compensation for this position:
60,000.00 – 65,000.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
