Toromont Cat is seeking a Technical Recruiter, Skilled Trades, to hire Heavy Equipment Technicians, Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, Welders, and Machinists for our Concord location. In this role, you will lead sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies that directly support our operational excellence. Your expertise in skilled‑trades recruitment will play a key role in driving Toromont’s continued success.
This position is based in Concord and requires the successful candidate to be bilingual (English and French).
Salary: $69,200 - $80,000

A Typical Day @ Work:
- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy workplace behaviors at all times
- Build strong partnerships with key hiring leaders and business lines while delivering critical talent to their hiring plans
- Proactively source skilled trade workers through various strategies and initiatives to meet Toromont’s annual recruiting goals
- Manage end to end process from source to hire including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer.
- Leverage our ATS (UKG / UltiPro) and other data tracking tools in a timely manner to capture and all recruiting activity for effective reporting.
- Deliver a superior customer experience to all customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Heavy Equipment Mechanics / Technicians and related skilled trades (Heavy Equipment Dealership recruiting experience is an asset)
- Post Secondary education or a combination of education and applicable experience; a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources or similar designation is an asset
- Experience with UKG / Ultipro Recruiting module is an asset
- English written and spoken, bilingual (English / French) is an asset
