PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER
I am a business and home owner living with C4–5 quadriplegia resulting from a spinal cord injury. I require an experienced fulltime Live-in personal support worker [PSW]. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive assistance with all my activities of daily living [ADL’s]. He or she will work with other team members [PSW's] to safely manage mobility and transfers using mechanical lifts, provides complete personal and hygiene care, supports meals and medication routines, maintains a safe and organized home environment, and ensures continuous 24/7 supervision, companionship, and compassionate support.
