Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in our small, intimate and busy Wine Bar/Restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a good time for our guests.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and wine order
- Provide menu recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine is good
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
