Skilled Asphalt Labourer – Full-Time Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Asphalt Labourer to join our paving crew. This is a full-time position with consistent work throughout the paving season and the opportunity for winter employment for qualified candidates.
The successful applicant will be required to report to our yard each morning and travel to job sites with the crew.
Responsibilities
- Report to the company yard at the start of each workday.
- Assist with loading equipment and preparing for daily operations.
- Perform asphalt raking, grading, and other paving-related tasks to ensure high-quality results.
- Work on a variety of residential and commercial paving projects.
- Assist with asphalt placement, hand work, site preparation, and clean-up as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and commercial asphalt paving.
- Experience with asphalt raking, grading, and general paving operations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the company yard.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dedicated, punctual, and dependable.
