Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in the role. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within the company. This job can lead to a Site Manager position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with picking up, loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Site cleanup.
- Assistance with yard work such as mowing, weed whacking, trimming, and other various tasks depending on the applicant's experience.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for supply pickup using the company truck.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
