Duties

- Handle customer service inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage POS systems, cashiering duties, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store products and special events
- Implementing strategies to increase store trafffic and build our wholesale/custom business
- Support management in budgeting, sales management, and implementing sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Skills
- Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in retail settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing process
- Competent in budgeting, sales management, marketing, and store management practices
