ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and solutions-oriented Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys balancing technical expertise, client relationships, and team leadership.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to General Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial and multi-residential mechanical construction projects
- Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborating closely with Site Foremen and field teams to ensure project success
- Monitoring project financials, forecasting, and cost controls
- Leading project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges proactively
- Supporting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Mechanical contracting experience preferred
- Background in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and scheduling
- Experience managing commercial and/or multi-residential projects
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Red Seal Plumbing, HVAC, or Gas Fitter background
- PMP designation
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
- Estimating or pre-construction experience
- Experience leading larger-scale mechanical projects
