What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit projects
- Work independently to complete clean, professional, code-compliant installations
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges
- Represent the company professionally in high-end residential settings
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
- Document work completed (photos, notes, digital forms)
- Stay current with equipment, tools, and mechanical system updates
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of hands-on Lead HVAC experience
- Knowledge of hydronic systems, zoning, and controls
- Certifications:
- G2 Gas Fitter (Required)
- 313A or 313D (Required)
- ODP Certification (Required)
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License
- Experience in custom home installations and retrofits
- Ability to run jobs independently from start to finish
- A team player with a professional attitude and high standards
