Sculpture Hospitality is the global leader in hospitality inventory management, providing financial controls, inventory services, and profit & loss analytics for bars and restaurants. We work on-site with hospitality clients to deliver accurate, professional inventory services using proprietary systems and standardized procedures.
We are currently hiring Data Collectors to support client locations in the core of Toronto Downtown.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to client locations in Toronto
- Perform on-site beverage inventory counts, including:
- Beer, wine, liquor, kegs, batches and storage areas
- Organize stockrooms, coolers, and bar storage areas as required
- Work in small teams (2–3 people)
- Follow strict counting and reporting procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time
- Early morning shifts (approximately 3:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.)
- Weekdays only (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and every other Friday)
- No weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable with early morning starts
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation is required
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active role, including:
- Lifting and moving kegs, beer, and wine cases
- Bending, reaching, and working in tight storage areas
- Standing and moving for extended periods
- Working in coolers and stockrooms
