Cabinet Finisher / Spray Painter
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finisher to prepare, stain, paint, and finish custom cabinetry and architectural millwork to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with professional finishing systems, including primers, stains, paints, conversion varnishes, polyurethanes, and clear coats, with the ability to consistently produce flawless, furniture-grade finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare wood and MDF surfaces through sanding, filling, and surface preparation.
- Apply stains, sealers, primers, paints, and clear finishes using hand spray equipment and professional spray booth systems.
- Match colours and stain samples to meet client and design specifications.
- Sand between coats and perform polishing, touch-ups, and final quality inspections.
- Maintain spray equipment, finishing materials, and a clean, organized finishing area.
- Work closely with production to ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality.
Pay: $20.00-$34.60 per hour
