Cliffshore Excavating and paving is a growing asphalt and paving company specializing in residential, commercial, and municipal work. We are currently hiring experienced Asphalt Foremen/Operator to join our crew for the upcoming paving season.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and working safely as part of a team.
Asphalt Foreman Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews on job sites
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Read project plans and communicate tasks to crew members
- Coordinate with equipment operators and truck drivers
- Monitor paving depth, grade, and compaction
- Maintain productivity and job site organization
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
Requirements
- 3+ years asphalt paving experience (foreman or lead hand preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of paving operations and equipment
- Ability to read grades and maintain quality control
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work long hours during peak season
Preferred
- Experience with municipal or commercial paving projects
- Equipment operation experience
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
